Attending VX Global Events

Creating an Outstanding Event Experience

At VX Global, our goal is to ensure that every participant—whether attending, speaking, exhibiting, sponsoring, or working with us—has an exceptional experience. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment where everyone can engage fully and benefit equally.

Respect, safety, and consideration are central to this commitment. While issues are rare, we want to be clear about the standards and expectations for conduct at all VX Global events, wherever they are held. Each person’s actions can impact others, and we all share responsibility in upholding these values.

This Code of Conduct outlines those expectations. Any participant engaging in unacceptable behaviour will be asked—and expected—to stop immediately. VX Global reserves the right to revoke access and remove individuals from the event when necessary.

1. Comfort & Safety at Live Events

  • Do not act in any way that endangers your own or others’ health, safety, or security.
  • Review and follow all applicable local and national health guidance.
  • If you are unwell or have symptoms that could endanger others, please refrain from attending and contact the event team to explore virtual or alternative participation options.
  • Comply with all safety and security processes, including emergency procedures, age restrictions, and access protocols.
  • Never alter, obscure, or remove safety signage, obstruct exits, or misuse safety equipment.
  • Report any unsafe behaviour, hazards, or security concerns immediately.

2. A Respectful Environment

VX Global has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, violence, or abuse of any kind at our live, virtual, or auxiliary events. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deliberate property damage or disorderly conduct intended to disrupt the peace.
  • Discrimination based on race, sex, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, disability, or marital status.
  • Offensive or abusive language—including profanity, slurs, sexually explicit language, or obscene gestures.
  • Inappropriate materials or content, including sexual images, demeaning or intimidating visuals, or discriminatory messaging.
  • Sexual harassment, such as unwelcome advances, inappropriate contact, or suggestive remarks—whether verbal, physical, or digital.
  • Stalking, intimidation, or unwanted recording (photography, video, or audio) of participants.
  • Threats, violence, or menacing behaviour, including physical contact, pushing, shoving, or use of weapons.

3. Participation & Engagement

We encourage open and productive participation. However, deliberate disruption of sessions or events is not permitted.

  • Do not prevent others from attending, speaking, or participating.
  • Avoid heckling, catcalling, or sustained interruptions of any kind.
  • Never act in a way that endangers or obstructs others.

4. Acting Sustainably

Sustainability is an integral part of VX Global’s event culture. We encourage all participants to:

  • Follow local guidelines on sustainable travel and the use of reusable containers.
  • Use recycling and waste disposal points provided on-site.

5. Responsible Consumption

  • Anyone under the influence of substances and behaving inappropriately may be removed.
  • Follow all venue rules regarding alcohol, smoking, vaping, and tobacco use—only consume where and when permitted.
  • Do not operate or demonstrate equipment if your judgment is impaired by alcohol or other substances.

6. Event Attire

  • Dress appropriately and respectfully, considering local customs and the professional nature of the event.
  • Avoid clothing, images, or slogans that may offend or disrespect others or the host culture.

7. Respect & Consideration Online

These standards extend to all VX Global digital platforms and community channels. Online content must not include:

  • Negative, accusatory, or disparaging comments about other participants or the event.
  • False or misleading claims about products, companies, or individuals.
    Violating content may be removed without notice.

8. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct—or have related concerns—please report it immediately to the event team so appropriate action can be taken.
Contact details are available on each event’s website, in event materials, or through designated moderators.
You may also reach out via our confidential whistleblowing channel, Speak Up.

9. Enforcement & Consequences

This Code applies to all VX Global events—live, on-demand, or digital—as well as official auxiliary events, social channels, and community sites. It covers all participants, including attendees, sponsors, speakers, media, exhibitors, contractors, suppliers, volunteers, and staff.

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behaviour must comply immediately. Failure to do so may result in actions such as:

  • Immediate expulsion from the event without refund.
  • Disqualification from future VX Global events, partnerships, or online participation.
  • Reporting unlawful behaviour to relevant authorities.
  • Any other action deemed appropriate under applicable terms and conditions.

VX Global reserves the right to assess compliance with this Code and determine any necessary actions. This document may be updated at any time and is non-negotiable.

10. Final Note

This Code of Conduct is in addition to, and does not replace, any other terms and conditions governing participation in VX Global events. All rights are expressly reserved.
