About the Program
The VX International Delegations Program is open to trade organisations, government agencies, chambers of commerce, economic development groups, private companies, and independent pavilion organisers who wish to lead official delegations from their respective countries, regions, states, or provinces to VX events.
Delegation Leaders
Delegation Leaders play a pivotal role in promoting trade and investment opportunities and recruiting qualified participants to join their delegation. They are responsible for implementing targeted promotional campaigns, managing logistics, and providing guidance to delegation members before and during VX events.
Role of the Delegation Leader
Delegation Leaders are expected to:
- Implement a targeted promotion and recruitment strategy to sign up a minimum of ten (10) qualified delegation members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the delegation before and during the event.
- Assist members in developing individual event agendas.
- Participate in at least three pre-event coordination calls for program updates.
- Attend the official Delegation Leaders’ Meeting at the event.
- Facilitate communication, logistics, and information sharing with members.
- Lead the delegation during the event and ensure maximum participation benefits.
- Conduct a pre-event briefing with members to review agenda and logistics.
- Collect and submit member registration details to VX Global or the Regional Delegation Coordinator.
- Provide a brief activity report following the event.
