1.1. Your registration constitutes an offer to attend the New Africa Capital Forum (NACF) and will be confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the NACF Organising Team.
1.2. The NACF Organising Team operates under VX Live, a division of Velocity Xperiences Global LLC (VX Global)— a leading international digital media and events company registered in Delaware, United States of America (USA), with regional offices in Dubai, Accra, Cape Town, London, and Houston.
1.3. A binding contract is deemed formed once you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation within five (5) days, please contact VX Live.
1.4. VX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any registration without obligation to provide reasons.

2.1. Full payment must be received no later than 48 hours before the event start date. Failure to make full payment may result in denied access. Partial payments are non-refundable.
2.2. Discounts must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. VX reserves the right to adjust your final fee if fewer delegates attend than initially booked.
2.3. Prices are subject to change prior to registration confirmation. All applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
2.4. Any applicable withholding or value-added taxes shall be borne by the registrant. Where such taxes apply, the total fee must be grossed up accordingly.

3.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the official VX contact address.
3.2. Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the event start date will be refunded minus a 25% administrative fee.
3.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
3.4. Substitution of delegates from the same organisation is permitted at any time with prior written notice. Registrations are non-transferable beyond this and may not be resold or shared.

4.1. VX reserves the right to modify event details — including but not limited to the format, speakers, venue, or content — without liability.
4.2. In the event of rescheduling, your registration will be automatically transferred. If you are unable to attend the new dates, you may request a refund or credit within 21 days of receiving notice.
4.3. In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, health emergencies, political unrest, or technology failures), VX may modify, postpone, or cancel the event. If no alternative is possible, a refund or credit note will be issued.
4.4. These terms apply equally to any rescheduled version of the event.
4.5. VX shall not be liable for travel or accommodation costs, loss of income, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from event changes.

Where digital platforms are used for event participation or networking:

  • Delegates must not share access credentials.
  • Delegates must comply with the platform’s terms of use.
  • VX is not liable for platform downtime, technical failures, or data breaches unless caused by gross negligence.

All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. VX reserves the right to remove any delegate who disrupts the event, poses a risk to others, or breaches these terms.

By attending the event, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording by VX or its authorised media partners for promotional or archival purposes. All resulting content and associated intellectual property rights remain the property of VX or its affiliates.

Your personal information will be used for event administration and may be shared with relevant partners or sponsors for legitimate business purposes. By registering, you consent to receive event-related communications. A full Privacy & Cookies Policy will be provided at the time of registration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VX disclaims all indirect, incidental, or consequential liabilities. The total aggregate liability of VX to any delegate shall not exceed the amount of the registration fee paid.

10.1. VX shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to force majeure.
10.2. These terms and conditions are subject to change. The most recent version, published on the official event website, will apply.
10.3. No third party shall have any rights or benefits under these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the host country of the New Africa Capital Forum.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
