PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
1. Become a Country Representative
Serve as the official Country Representative for VX Global in your country. You will act as the primary liaison for potential delegates interested in participating in VX events. Our goal is to attract high-profile delegates from key international markets, and we depend on strong in-country representation to coordinate outreach, engagement, and recruitment effectively.
2. Become a Delegation Organiser
Lead an official delegation from your country, region, state, or province to a VX event. As a Delegation Organiser, you will identify and recruit qualified participants, manage their registration, and coordinate group travel and participation to ensure a seamless experience at the event.
3. Become a Promotional Partner
Collaborate with VX Global to promote our events through direct engagement, social media marketing, professional email campaigns, blog features, and other outreach channels. VX will provide you with official event graphics, logos, and promotional materials — including a web banner — to support your marketing efforts.
4. Become a Knowledge Partner
Join the VX Steering Committee and play an active role in shaping the event agenda. As a Knowledge Partner, you’ll help ensure that the program addresses the most relevant and timely industry topics, as well as assist in identifying and securing high-level speakers, moderators, and panelists.
5. Become a Media Partner
Collaborate with us to expand event visibility by listing VX events on your organisation’s events calendar, publishing event features or announcements in newsletters, and issuing press releases to your audience.
6. Become a Technology Partner
Support VX events by producing high-quality promotional videos, incorporating footage of speakers, event highlights, and destination imagery. Videos may include voiceovers or be purely visual, depending on your production style.
7. Become a Supporting Partner
Assist VX events in any capacity that aligns with your organisation’s capabilities — such as featuring VX logos, listing events on your website or newsletter, or sharing event information in reports or publications. Every contribution counts toward amplifying our global impact.
8. Join the Organising Committee
Join the VX Organising Committee to collaborate in planning, promoting, and executing VX events. Our committee members serve as local points of contact and contribute to various strategic and operational initiatives that drive the success of each event.

Hosting an International Event with VX Global

The International Delegations Program (IDP) is a distinguished initiative of VX Global, offering exclusive benefits to delegation leaders and their members participating in VX events.
This program is designed for trade organisations, government agencies, economic development groups, corporations, and independent pavilion organisers who wish to lead delegations from countries, regions, states, or provinces to VX events.

CO-LOCATED CONFERENCE PROPOSAL
Request to host your conference in conjunction with a VX event and save your organisation valuable time and resources.
By co-locating your conference, you will benefit from:
- Full logistics support from our VX team
- Inclusion in our event promotions and communications
- Access to a pre-arranged block of hotel rooms for your attendees
To qualify, your conference must already have confirmed sponsorship or secured funding to cover its expenses.

Would you like to host your own Spin-Off Event alongside a VX event? You can—and it’s free!
VX Global encourages the following institutions to host spin-off activities:

Types of Spin-Off Events

VX Global promotes spin-off events and onsite receptions through the VX Spin-Off Events Calendar, helping to attract delegates and investors to your activities.
All submitted events will appear on the calendar and be viewable by VX Summit delegates. Organisers retain full control over participant lists and can update event details at any time.
A Spin-Off Event takes place before or after the official VX event dates and provides an excellent opportunity to:
- Showcase the advantages of investing or doing business in your region
- Strengthen relationships with potential investors and partners
To ensure maximum visibility, please submit your event details as early as possible, as many delegates make travel and schedule arrangements well in advance.
