Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to volunteer. Please bring a valid photo ID to collect your accreditation. Unfortunately, individuals under 18 will not be granted access to the program or the event.
Visa Support
VX Global cannot assist with visa applications or provide invitation letters. Obtaining a visa is entirely your responsibility.
Application Process
- Register your interest in the VX Volunteer Program.
- Pre-event confirmation: A few weeks before the event, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm continued interest and complete the volunteer form.
- Selection: The Volunteer Management Team reviews applications and selects participants.
- Shift selection: If selected, you’ll receive an email to choose your preferred shifts.
- Confirmation: Once you confirm your availability, you become an official VX Volunteer and will receive final role and logistics details before the event.
EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shifts
- Volunteers are asked to commit to at least one full-day shift (6–12 hours).
- There is no maximum—feel free to take on more for a richer volunteer experience!
Roles & Areas
There are multiple areas available, such as registration, logistics, guest services, media, and operations. Full details are available on the VX Volunteer Platform.
Meals
Yes! Each volunteer receives a complimentary meal during their shift.
Light snacks and refreshments are also available throughout the day at the Volunteer Hub.
Travel & Accommodation
VX Global does not cover travel or accommodation costs. These are the responsibility of each volunteer.
Access & Free Days
Yes. After completing at least one full shift, you’ll receive a free day pass to explore the event.
If you’re not assigned to a shift on Opening Night, you are also welcome to attend.

Evening Events
Yes, depending on venue capacity.

Be prepared and comfortable! Please bring:
- Passport or valid photo ID
- Reusable water bottle
- Mobile device
- Comfortable shoes and casual clothes
- Rain jacket or warm layer (weather dependent)
- Dedication and enthusiasm!
Accreditation
Your unique volunteer QR code and ticket reference will be emailed to you a few days before the event. Show these, along with your ID, at check-in to receive your accreditation badge.
Dress Code
Comfort is key! Volunteers will receive a VX Volunteer T-shirt to wear during their shifts.
Please wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate layers.
Certain roles may require dark clothing—you’ll be notified in advance if applicable.
- Check in at the Volunteer Hub at the start of each shift.
- Remain in your assigned area unless instructed otherwise.
- Always behave professionally—you represent the VX brand.
- No selfies or photos with speakers or VIPs while on duty.
- Use your phone only during designated breaks.
- Be flexible—live events can change quickly!
- Always wear your volunteer T-shirt and accreditation while on-site.

After the Event
Yes! Within a few weeks after the event, you’ll receive a digital certificate of participation acknowledging your service as a VX Volunteer.
